- Copilot Credit packs. Tenant-wide packs of Copilot Credits, paid monthly and shared by all your agents.
- Pay-as-you-go. Pay only for the Copilot Credits you use, billed at the end of each month with no upfront commitment. It needs an Azure subscription.
- Pre-purchase plan. Commit to prepaid credits in advance for a lower rate, with pay-as-you-go cover if they run out.
- Same features either way. Microsoft lists no feature differences between credit packs and pay-as-you-go.
- Included for Copilot users. Use of agents published to Microsoft 365 Copilot is included for users with a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence.

How much does Copilot Studio cost in Kenya?
Copilot Studio is paid for by the Copilot Credits your agents use across the organisation, not per user, and Microsoft offers three ways to pay.
- Credit packs: tenant-wide packs of 25,000 Copilot Credits each, paid monthly.
- Pay-as-you-go: pay only for the credits used, billed at the end of each month, with no upfront commitment.
