Who Copilot Business is for
Microsoft 365 Copilot Business is the paid Copilot add-on for organisations of up to 300 users on a Microsoft 365 Business plan. It puts Copilot inside Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, working with your own files, email and meetings. Through Priori it is KES 2,223 (USD 17.10) per user per month, excluding VAT, and you only buy it for the staff who need it.
Microsoft 365 Copilot Business is an add-on for organisations of up to 300 users that already have an eligible Microsoft 365 Business subscription, such as Business Basic, Standard or Premium. It suits Kenyan SMEs, SACCOs, schools, clinics, law firms and NGOs that want staff to spend less time drafting, summarising and searching, and more time on the work only they can do.

Microsoft’s first-year promotion
Until 31 December 2026, Microsoft offers a lower first-year price on Copilot Business to existing Microsoft 365 customers with an eligible Business plan. It needs an annual commitment, applies to the first year only, is not available on trials and cannot be combined with other offers. Microsoft may change or end it at any time. The price card shows the promotional price while it runs.
