How Priori helps education institutions
Getting Office 365 A1 is free, but setting it up well takes time most school IT teams do not have. We handle the work from eligibility to the first class in Teams.
- Eligibility. Microsoft’s education plans are for verified academic institutions. We help you prepare and complete Microsoft’s verification.
- Tenant and accounts. We set up your domain, create staff and learner accounts, and organise them by school, class or department. Staff email to parents can carry one consistent institutional signature with managed email signatures.
- Migration. We move staff email and files from Google Workspace, Zimbra or cPanel. How migration works.
- Security. We protect staff and learner data with multifactor sign-in and, on A3 and A5, device and data policies. Microsoft 365 security.
- Teacher training. Practical sessions on Teams for Education, OneNote and Copilot Chat. Training and advisory. To run staff feedback, goals and recognition in Teams, see Employee Engagement 360.
- After go-live. New intakes, staff changes and lost passwords keep coming. Our outsourced IT support can run your tenant day to day, so your ICT teacher or IT officer is not left on their own.
