Microsoft 365 Copilot is the Copilot add-on for organisations on enterprise plans such as Microsoft 365 E3 and E5. It suits banks, insurers, larger NGOs, universities and logistics firms that have more than 300 users or already run enterprise licences, and want AI that works across their own documents, email, meetings and line-of-business systems.
It needs a separate licence for a qualifying Microsoft 365 plan. It is included in Microsoft 365 E7. If you have up to 300 users on Business plans, Microsoft 365 Copilot Business is the better fit.

Through Priori, Microsoft 365 Copilot is KES 3,705 (USD 28.50) per user per month on an annual commitment, excluding VAT. That is 5% below the standard price. Monthly billing on an annual commitment is also available at a slightly higher price. We invoice in KES or USD.
