Microsoft 365 business plans are built for organisations of up to 300 users: SMEs, SACCOs, clinics, private schools, law firms, logistics companies and NGOs. They give your staff professional email, Teams and cloud storage, and on the top plan, the security tools to protect client and payroll data.
There are four core plans: Microsoft 365 Apps for business, Business Basic, Business Standard and Business Premium. Microsoft also sells Business Standard and Business Premium with Copilot built in. You can mix plans, so each person gets what their job needs and nothing more.
