It suits Kenyan organisations of up to 300 users whose people work mainly in email, Teams and the browser: field officers at a SACCO, drivers and dispatchers at a logistics firm, front-desk staff at a clinic or an NGO’s programme team.
Business Basic has web and mobile versions of the Office apps only, with no desktop apps. If staff build long documents or complex spreadsheets on their PCs, look at Business Standard.

The main difference is desktop apps. Business Standard installs Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook on up to five PCs or Macs per user, and adds Teams webinars and apps such as Bookings, Planner and Forms.
