F1 or F3?
Choose F1 for staff who only need Teams for shifts, announcements and calls, and read-only access to documents. Choose F3 for staff who edit documents, need a mailbox or use a Windows device. Both have no user limit and can sit alongside E3 or E5 for office staff in the same tenant.
